Day 1 Experience
Hello friends Jai Shri Ram, my name is Umesh Bisht, welcome to Day 1 of my 45 Day Fat to Fit Challenge. So, the first thing I did when I woke up in the morning was 4.29 am, I greeted him by saying Jai Shri Ram. Then he prepared a pot of hot water for himself and drank it.
Because hot water is going to help us a lot in fat loss. Then after freshening up I got Colgate done and then ran 2 km with my dog Oscar. Then do some basic exercises outside the house. , Then again drank a glass of hot water before going to the gym. Started the scooty and started towards the gym.
Today I did my leg workout. First of all, I did squats in Smith machine for which I did 4 sets, second exercise was my leg extension, third exercise was leg press, fourth exercise was walking lunges, fifth exercise was squats. I did all these 4 times. Sets.
As soon as I reached home, I ate my post workout meal which consisted of potatoes, beans, vegetable, roti and curd. I recommend this home made food to all the brothers. Lose your home food and save your life. I ate salad for lunch. Then in the evening, I went towards the gym and as soon as I reached the gym, I did the treadmill for 20 minutes.
Then did cycling for 15 minutes, then did strength training and went home. For dinner I ate bottle gourd and gram vegetable roti along with a glass of hot water.
Challenges and Obstacles
If we focused on the key challenge of the 45-day fat-to-fit challenge, then you have to quit eating fast food and junk food. If I say so, then you have to make home food and save your life.
Conclusion
Today is my first day of the Danish-to-English dictionary Umesh Bisht’s Fat to Fit Challenge program. Here we are at the beginning of our “healthier life” journey. Believe me, every little effort that you devote matters here! We are buddies in accomplishing this challenge from the greens over fries or wound up going for a walk; we have that.
