45-Day Fitness Journey: Day 2 Update fat to fit Challenge
Welcome everyone to the second day of fat to fit Challenge . As you all know, we have set out on a journey to further improve our body and lifestyle in the next 45 days.
Today is another step towards achieving our fitness goal. It’s a day full of opportunities to move your family closer to being successful and healthy. Even if you are a beginner, every small effort of ours counts.
During this challenge, we will focus on making lasting changes in our diet, exercise, our day, and mindset. Together we will encourage and motivate each other.
Remember, progress requires time and consistency. You have to be patient and stick to the process. Accept the journey, and let us take steps together towards making ourselves fit and healthy in the next day too.

Morning Routine:
Jai Shri Ram, I woke up at 4.34 am in the morning, said Jai Shri Ram and saluted him, then I got up from the bed and went straight to the kitchen to heat water for myself, drank a glass of hot water. After that he went to take bath, after bath he sat down to do puja. Hanuman Chalisa was recited 11 times by chanting Jai Shri Ram.
Then drank a glass of hot water before going to the gym. In this 45-day challenge that I have taken, my trips to the gym will either be on foot or by running. Today I had a chest workout in the gym, first exercise was flat bench press, second exercise was incline bench press in Smith machine.
Third exercise was Pec Dec fly, fourth exercise was flat bench dumbbell press, lastly I did push ups. After this I ran home, as soon as I reached home I made green tea for myself. Today I ate Aloo Gobi curry with 3 rotis for breakfast. I had only beetroot and cucumber salad for lunch during the day.
After that drank almond shake in the evening. Then before going to the gym, I drank a glass of hot water. As soon as I went to the gym, I did cardio, which has great exercise aids like burpees. Then I went home, as soon as I reached home I had dinner, today I had cooked potato and pea curry, 3 rotis and cucumber salad.
Challenges and Solutions:
Overcoming Challenges on Day 2: Cravings, a lack of desire, and time constraints can all make it difficult to continue with new habits. Don’t worry! Here are several basic solutions: Craving chips? Swap out with crunchy vegetables. Feeling lazy? Set tiny goals and appreciate your achievements. No time? Plan ahead of time and squeeze in some fast exercises. I had desires but chose to nibble on fruits instead. When I felt sluggish, I reminded myself of my goals and took one step at a time. Time? I got up earlier to fit in my workouts. Remember that obstacles are simply bumps in the road. Stay resolute, and you’ll crush them!
Conclusion
The second day of the 45 Fat to Fit Challenge was yet another one of the many steps that we took to get us to our goal of being healthier than fit. We approached our training process with eagerness of the kind, which made us exceed at the classes always. In this regard, it is important to note that the realignment in thinking and behaviour’s required for betterment will not happen overnight, but even the little breakthroughs are important.
Goal setting and making the right choices for the health of our bodies and brains on a daily basis would clearly result in huge advantages to our bodies and minds. Let’ slip our forces be all after this one consistent goal: to help us become stronger and more joyous in this entire project.
