My Journey: Day 18 of the 45-Day Fat to Fit Challenge

Today’s Workout Routine and Diet:
Jai Shri Ram Friends, welcome to Day 18. It’s 4:27 in the morning. As soon as I woke up, I drank a glass of hot water, then ran to the gym. Today I had a leg workout in the gym, in which the first exercise I did was barbell squats. Second exercise is leg curl 4 sets, third exercise is stiff leg deadlift.
The fourth exercise I did was leg press. The fifth exercise I did was landmine Romanian deadlift. The sixth exercise is walking lunges for our glutes and hamstrings. The last exercise is to do your glutes. After going home, I drank green tea. After taking bath, I did puja and then had breakfast.
For breakfast I ate boiled potatoes and boiled eggs. For lunch, I ate potato onion curry, 2 rotis and some salad. Before going to the gym in the evening, I drank a glass of hot water. In the evening, I did treadmill for 20 minutes, then did some AB workout and went towards home. For dinner, I ate brinjal bharta and roti with curd and salad. Thank you…..
