14 Days In: Crushing the Fat to Fit Challenge
Take a dive into the adventure happening with Mr. Umesh Bisht. The Excellent Fat to Fit Challenge. Overcoming this obstacle involves the fundamentals of reshaping one’s body and life. So close to the end – you have completed more than half! I have spent two full weeks being obsessed with it, sweating a lot, and overthinking each step.
Imagine where you will be from Day 1 till now. Have you experienced some changes in your own energy level? Have your clothes been fitting you differently lately? Pause and congratulate yourself on your accomplishments, whatever small or big they are: for example, by shedding some pounds or feeling stronger and more confident.
Remember to keep pushing yourself, because however small each step might appear to be, it is an important step in terms of attaining ultimate health and happiness!
Day 14 Experience :
Jai Shri Ram friends. Welcome all of you to Day 14. It is 5:15 in the morning. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I drank a glass of hot water. Then I thought, our gym is closed today because it is Sunday. So I started doing my workout on my terrace, because working out is very important.
First exercise is sprinting, second exercise is standing free lunges, third exercise is toe touching, fourth exercise is jumping out. Drink green tea after finishing your workout. I ate chapatti noodles for breakfast. Had pumpkin vegetable, roti and salad for lunch. Drank hot water again before working out in the evening.
I walked in the terrace of the house for about half an hour, followed by 4 sets of duck walk. Third exercise Do free squats with 4 sets. , Tonight for dinner I ate chicken rice which I made myself. Thank you
