Along with Umesh Bisht, you will be on the Day 33 of the 45-day fat to fit challenge! This is your individual journey aimed to change your body and your habits for a healthier and fitter you. Day 15 Experience :
Jai Shri Ram brothers, today is my 15th day. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I drank a glass of hot water. Then washed my face and hands and drank a glass of hot water before going to the gym. As soon as I reached the gym, I did my leg workout today.
The first exercise I did was barbell squats, doing 4 sets of 15/12/10/8 with some light weight. The second exercise is barbell front squats, the third exercise is hack squats, the fourth exercise is leg press with the same set of reps. Fifth exercise is leg extension, last exercise is step up with dumbbells.
As soon as I reached home, I had green tea, after that I took bath and did puja. Then for breakfast I ate porridge and a chapatti. Lunch of the day was cucumber cheese salad and pomegranate beetroot juice. Drank a glass of hot water again in the evening before going to the gym.
I did some cardio and AB workout in the gym and then went home. For dinner, I ate potato and pea curry, chilli paneer, rice and salad. thank you
Conclusion
The Fat to Fit challenge organized by Umesh Bisht was incredible, it’s so nice to remember this experience. The last 14 days of the program have brought forth really powerful dedication and perseverance; participants continue to display extreme dedication.
We have started to make changes into our lifestyle by exercising regularly and carefully monitoring what we eat. This is when the small improvements happened. We achieve our fitness goal a step further each passing day. Also, in this journey, the shoulders and smiles of the friends and the group we have created have proved to be very valuable.
However, on the other hand we always will cumulate our efforts and support each other in order to increase awareness around our goal of a healthier and happier lifestyle. Stay together! Let’s overcome this problem and then go on as healthier individuals, with more power and control! Keep on with your good deeds!
