Day 15 Experience :
Jai Shri Ram brothers, welcome to Day 16. It is 4:53 in the morning, as soon as I woke up. I heated water for myself, today I drank it after adding hot turmeric, it has many benefits. Then I drank a glass of hot water before going to the gym. Today I did my chest workout in the gym, in which the first exercise I did was Flat Bench Press.
Do: Incline Dumbbell Hammer Chest Press. Do 4 sets of these with 15/12/10-/8 reps. Second exercise do pec dec fly and do push up 15 reps in each set. Third exercise is push ups along with decline bench press. Fourth exercise: Do push ups with chest press machine.
Fifth exercise do Incline Cable Fly 4 sets 15/12/10 but fourth set do drop set. After going home, drink green tea and do puja after taking bath. After that have breakfast, porridge was prepared for breakfast. I ate roti, vegetables and porridge for lunch. Drank a glass of hot water again in the evening before going to the gym.
First I did exercise in the gym, mountain climbed and then cycled. Didn’t do much exercise today because I was not feeling well. Today I ate bottle gourd, gram vegetable, roti and salad for dinner. Thank you
Conclusion
The Fat to Fit Challenge by Umesh Bisht owned by me, has been an uphill task where I have had to employ devotion and I was steadfast. A serious amount of work and effort has been put to this by organizers within the period of 16 days for the participants to change their bodies and minds.
By the means of the regular exercise and the healthy food, they really have reached the level that is pretty close to their fitness goals. Nevertheless, the process is more than a mere skin-deep transformation but also an internal one that lies behind character.
Emotional strength and self-control are the other products of this process. As our journey starts to unfold, let’s always come together and keep from giving up on our promise of living better lives. Side by side, we will get what we want and make others to join us in this voyage of enhancing the health and well-being of the people.
