Today is yet another day to press ourselves harder towards our fitness goals. It could be from weight loss, muscle gain, or only being generally healthy. It all comes from steps taken all the way. Recollect that a struggle to be perfect can get you nowhere. However, knowing when to slow down and take a momentary pause in your routine is what progress is about.
Let’s move then, put on those sneakers, get some water and get ready for the workout of the day with dedication and a positive attitude. You’ve got this!”
Day 17 Experience :
Jai Shri Ram Friends, welcome to Day 17. It is 5.21 in the morning. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I drank a glass of hot water and ran towards the gym. Today I am going to do my back workout, the first exercise I did was neutral grip Lat Pull down 4 sets.
Second exercise is straight arm pull down, third exercise is seated cable and with some new methods. Do the fourth exercise – Lat Pull Down V times and do 4 sets of this also; but the fourth set was a drop set. Fifth exercise: Single arm dumbbell row. The last exercise is under grip lat pulldown.
As soon as I reached home, I drank green tea. For breakfast I ate black gram with curd and roti. I had Masala Oats for the first time in lunch, the taste was very superb. Then in the evening, before going to the gym, drank a glass of hot water again. This evening in the gym I did these 5 exercises with 4 sets each.
Then I went home and had green tea, and then I ate matar paneer with rice. Thank you.
Reflection:
Reflecting on Day 17 of the seven days’ Fat to Fit Challenge has compelled me to do that little happy dance that I only reserve for significant achievements. Every healthy option I take leads me a hair closer to reshaping my body and poising myself for total well-being. Though the road can be rough at some point, the outcomes are all worth it.
Conclusion
On Day 17 now, we should be very attentive to what we’ve already achieved in our Fat To Fit Challenge. It’s been consistent hard work, but we’ve been making attempts to approach our dream body physique every day. Keep in mind that every little effort counts, be it deciding on a healthier meal or doing a short workout.
Come on, let’s bring out the champagne glasses and pop them regardless of the size of our achievements. The next path, however, is not just that. We have got a lot of days to go before our development process is finished and we start to be healthier and stronger.
