Today’s Workout Routine and Diet:
Jai Shri Ram Friends, welcome to all of you on Day 19. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I drank a glass of hot water. Today I will go to the gym in my Bullet because I was having a lot of pain in my legs. Today was my shoulder workout, the first exercise I did was side lateral raise 4 sets.
Second exercise is undergrip ez bar, third exercise is reverse pec dec fly. Do the fourth exercise, brothers, around the world. By doing this, my entire shoulders became full. Fifth exercise I did dumbbell front raise with plate front raise. The last exercise I did was behind the neck with face pull.
After this I went home and drank green tea. After taking bath, I did curry puja and ate pumpkin vegetable, roti and salad for breakfast. For lunch I had masala oats and salad. Drink hot water before going to the gym in the evening. As soon as you go to the gym, do treadmill for 20 minutes and then cycle.
After this, do high knees and jumping jacks together. After this I went home, today was my elder brother’s first anniversary. We all cut the cake and had a lot of fun. For dinner I ate Shahi Paneer, rice, salad. Thank you.
