Today’s Workout Routine and Diet:
Jai Shri Ram Friends, welcome to Day 20. It’s 4:50 in the morning. Drank hot water as soon as I woke up in the morning. Fi walked towards the gym saying dates. And what is this, brothers, no human being is visible for 1 to 2 km. Today I had an arms workout in the gym.
The first exercise I did was triceps pushdowns. The second exercise I did was biceps plate curl, the third exercise was lying biceps curl. The fourth exercise I did was single arm cable triceps pushdown. The fifth exercise I did was back supported triceps pushdown.
Last exercise: Seated biceps cable curl. After this go home and drink green tea. After taking bath, do puja and eat Matar Paneer vegetable, roti and salad for breakfast. Eaten Nutrila curd and salad for lunch. I drank hot water before going to the gym in the evening.
Today in the gym, the first thing I did was 4 sets of mountain climb. After this do jumping jacks and then jumping squats. Finish your cardio workout by doing high knees. Then I did some AB workout. For dinner I ate Rajma rice and salad. Thank you…..
