Today’s Workout Routine and Diet:
Jai Shri Ram friends, welcome to Day 21. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I drank a glass of hot water. Today is Sunday so I went for a run. After a 20-minute run, I came home. I did my workout on the terrace of the house. First of all, I did walking lunges. Second exercise was sprinting.
Third exercise was free squats, 4 sets of 30. Fourth exercise was push ups. After that I drank green tea. Then I took a bath, after bathing, did Puja. Today I had potato curry for breakfast, with roti and vegetable. For lunch, I had rajma rice and pomegranate beetroot juice. In the evening, I did my workout.
Brothers, whether the gym is open or not, do not forget to workout. First of all, I did free squats. Do 4 sets of exercises like Hindu Push up, walking jumping squats. For dinner, I ate chicken rice. I would like to say one more thing brothers, eat home-cooked food and save your life. thank you..
