Today’s Workout Routine and Diet:
Jai Shree Ram friends, welcome to Day 22. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I drank hot water and then went to the gym. Today I had a leg workout. The first exercise I did was Bulgarian split squats; the second exercise was a single-leg press. The third exercise was leg extension with 4 sets of 15/12/10/8 reps.
The fourth exercise was goblet squats, and the fifth exercise was dumbbell sumo squats. The last exercise was coffee. After going home, I did my daily routine of drinking green tea. After bathing, I did puja. For breakfast, I ate mixed vegetables with roti and salad.
For lunch, I ate only onions, vegetables, roti, and salad. In the evening, I did exercises in the gym, starting with jumping jacks, then high knees. End the exercise with side planks, air exercises, and decline bench crunches. For dinner, I ate potato-Nutrila curry with rice.
Conclusion
On the 22nd day of Umesh Bisht’s Fat to Fit Challenge, 45 days A lot of differences are noticed. People are gradually showing positive results in terms of their fitness as well as the appearance of their bodies. They are developing new habits of exercise and good nutrition, and with that, more confidence.
The lessons learned so far indicate the significance of focus and effort. The challenge is still going on, but at the same time, the results are encouraging and positive.
