Day 27 Experience
Jai Shree Ram friends, welcome to Day 27. I drank hot water as soon as I woke up in the morning. Today I had my arm workout in the gym. Before the workout, I did my 10- to 15-minute warm-up. After that, the first exercise I did was a V-bar triceps pushdown.
The second exercise was a standing biceps cable curl, and the third exercise was an overhead triceps extension with an EZ bar. The fourth exercise was a seated biceps cable curl. The fifth exercise was a close grip bench press, and the last exercise was a hammer curl.
I did 4 sets of all these exercises and kept the repetitions at 15/12/10/8. As soon as I reached home, I drank hot water mixed with lemon and honey. For breakfast, I ate pumpkin vegetables with roti and salad. For lunch, I ate only beetroot and papaya salad.
In the evening, before going to the gym, I drank a glass of hot water. Today in the gym, I did cardio and abs workouts. After this, for dinner, I had potato-capsicum curry with roti and curd. Thank you
