Transform Your Body: Day 8 of the 45-Day Fat to Fit Challenge
We’re continuing our road to a healthier, more fit lifestyle on Day 8 of our 45-day Fat to Fit Challenge. We’re concentrating on maintaining our current pace and gaining momentum today! It all comes down to persistence and consistency. Every little effort matters, whether it’s maintaining our exercise schedule, choosing healthy foods, or drinking enough water.
Remember that although development may seem gradual, it is unwavering. Let’s continue working hard to achieve our objectives, little by little. Remain dedicated and inspired. When we work together, we can transform our lives and reach our ideal level of fitness. So let’s get going and turn this day into another productive step forward in being our best selves!
Day 8 Experience
Jai Shri Ram brothers, it is 4.16 in the morning. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I drank a glass of hot water and then went to take a bath. After taking bath, I did puja and recited Hanuman 11 times.
Before going to the gym, I again drank 1 glass of hot water. Today I had a leg workout in the gym. The first exercise I did was barbell front squats, the second exercise was single leg press, and the third exercise was leg extension.
Fourth exercise I did V bar squats, last exercise I did standing dumbbell lunges, I did 4 sets of all the exercises and repetitions were 15-/12/10/8.
As soon as I reached home, I drank green tea, then had breakfast. For breakfast, I made Aalu Matar curry, ate 4 rotis along with curd and salad. For lunch, I ate boiled black gram for protein intake.
In the evening I ate some fruits which included papaya and orange. Then after some time the gym got ready and before going to the gym I drank a glass of hot water. As soon as I went to the gym, I did cardio and AB workout.
After finishing the workout, I went home and drank green tea. For dinner, I ate gourd and gram vegetable, roti and salad. Then before sleeping he drank a glass of warm milk and slept.
Conclusion
Day 8 of the Fat to Fit Challenge was tough, but we made progress! Remember that although progress happens slowly, every small step counts. Maintain your self-confidence and your aspirations.
No matter how small the victory, accept it and learn from the failure. Keep doing your best work and performing better every day; Consistency is the key. Together, let’s remain committed, excited, and visionary as we continue on our path to a fitter, healthier life!
