Transformation Trek: Day 3 of the fat to fit Challenge
Welcome on Day 3 of Umesh Bisht’s 45-day fat to fit Challenge! The main goal of this challenge is to help you feel better about your body and transform it. You’ll be making little lifestyle adjustments over the next forty-five days that will build up to major things. This challenge is for you if your goals are to tone up, reduce weight, or just feel better all over.
You’ll need to perform exercises and daily duties to get in better physical shape. These could consist of workout routines, diet programs, and motivating strategies. Recall that growth, not perfection, is the key to becoming a better version of yourself. Thus, constantly remember to savour the present and greet each day with gratitude. Prepare to laugh, perspire, and see some incredible changes! Come on, let’s get going!
Day 3 experience :
Jai Shri Ram Friends, come to Day 3, welcome everyone, it is 4.20 am, as soon as I woke up, I said Jai Shri Ram and then after rubbing the palms of both my hands, I placed them on my eyes. It has many benefits. After that I drank a glass of hot water, then I went to take bath, after bath I did puja. I recited Hanuman Chalisa 11 times while chanting Jai Shri Ram.
Drank another glass of water before freezing. Because of which I have told you all that I come to the gym and go to the gym both by walking or running. I had a back workout in the gym today. First of all do exercise Pull ups and do 3 sets of it. Second exercise romanian deadlift I will do 4 sets of this. In the third exercise, I will do lat pull down with 4 sets.
Then fourth exercise I will do reverse cable pull over with 4 sets. In the last exercise, I will also do 4 sets of T-bar row.
As soon as I finished my workout, I headed home. As soon as I reached home, I made green tea for myself. Breakfast today consists of potato and beans curry, a glass of milk, 3 rotis and salad.
For lunch, I will eat beetroot cucumber salad along with 2 bananas and an orange. Then drank a glass of hot water before going to the gym in the evening. I did cardio in the gym. I finished my workout by doing jumping jacks, burpees, and ABS exercises. Today for dinner I ate potato Nutrila vegetable and roti. I drank a glass of hot water before going to sleep again.
Challenges and Obstacles
Although the transition from being overweight to being fit can be difficult at times, it is all a necessary step in the process. Every day brings with it a new set of challenges, such as the temptation to overindulge in unhealthy snacks or the will to exercise even in the face of exhaustion. We will need to overcome these obstacles with perseverance, determination, and optimism. Remember that obstacles will inevitably arise along the way; what counts most is how you handle them. Step by step, with tenacity, goal focus, and unwavering dedication, move forward. You can manage this, I’m sure!
