Day 4 Experience:
Morning Routine:
Jai Shri Ram, I woke up at 4.17 am, and as soon as I woke up, I said Jai Shri Ram and bowed to Ram ji, then I got up from the bed and made a glass of lemon water and drank it. After this I went to take bath, after bath I sat down to worship. Chanting Jai Shri Ram, he recited Hanuman Chalisa 11 times.
Then drank a glass of warm water before going to the gym. In this 45-day challenge that I have undertaken, my journey to the gym will either be walking or running. While reaching the gym, I ate plain peanut snacks. Today I did a leg workout in the gym, targeting my hamstrings and glutes.
For this, the first exercise was Standing Leg Curl, the second exercise was Leg Press, the third exercise was Jefferson Squats, the fourth exercise was Landmine Romanian Deadlift, and finally I did Bulgarian Split Squats. As soon as I reached home, I made myself green tea.
Today I ate potato brinjal curry with 3 rotis for breakfast. During lunch, I ate boiled potatoes, cucumber and tomato mixed with curd. In the evening, before going to the gym again, I drank a glass of hot water with papaya and beetroot. As soon as I got to the gym, I did cardio, which has great exercise aids like burpees.
Then I went home, as soon as I reached home I had dinner, dal, rice and cucumber salad. drank a glass of milk before sleeping.
