Day 23: See Your Progress! Fat to Fit Challenge
It’s exactly day 23 of the ’45 days fat to fit challenge’ launched by Umesh Bisht. In this phase, learners seem to be half way in the process of achieving their desired goals of becoming healthier and fitter. Following the diet regimen that Umesh has provided in a systematic approach, they have been dedicated to changing their body and life around.
Thus, the challenge is to combine the proper nutrition, physical activity session and setting of a positive attitude towards these processes to have not only effective, but also lasting results. Some of the participants even said that they began experiencing improvements in tangible energy levels and muscular strength as well as general health.
For as they proceed with their preparation they find it essential to maintain a steadiness, overcome the challenges that come their way and bear in mind their goal. Every day now is a step closer to achieving their potential hence it will take only 22 more days until the people turn into the best versions of themselves.
Day 23 Experience :
Jai Shree Ram friends, welcome to Day 23. It is 5:19 in the morning. As soon as I woke up I drank a mug of hot water. Today I had chest workout in the gym. First exercise I did flat bench press with 4 sets. Second exercise I did pec dec fly. Third exercise I did cable cross over for lower chest.
Fourth exercise I did incline barbell bench press. Fifth exercise I did reverse group flat bench press. I drank green tea after reaching home and did puja after taking bath. Today for breakfast I had dal bhaat. For lunch I had dal roti and salad. In the evening before going to the gym I drank a glass of hot water.
Today I did my strength training in the gym. I did 4-45 sets of all the exercises. At lunch I ate khichdi. Thank you.
Conclusion
When observing the 45-day Fat to Fit challenge by Umesh Bisht, noteworthy changes have begun on Day 23.
