As I mentioned, days 5-7 are considered to be the hardest, but by now. You should feel the improvement in your energy, endurance, and, in general, the state of your health. Day 24 Experience:
Jai Shree Ram friends, welcome to Day 24. It is 5:56 in the morning. I drank hot water as soon as I woke up in the morning. Look, your brother is running to the gym. Today was my back workout. The first exercise I did was four sets of behind the neck. The second exercise I did was an was an under-grip EZ bar lat pulldown.
The third and fourth exercises I did to target my lower back in the cable cross machine. You can watch these exercises on my YouTube channel. In the fifth exercise, I did a rope pull-down, and lastly, I did a seated cable row. I drank green tea after reaching home; after that, I took a bath and did pooja.
Today for breakfast, I had potato brinjal ki sabzi, raita, and roti with salad. Lunch was also the same. Then, in the evening, before going to the gym, I drank a glass of hot water. Today in the gym, I did my AB workout and cardio. After this, for dinner, I had bitter gourd sabzi with dal Bhat. thank you.
