Day 25 Experience:
Jai Shree Ram friends, welcome to Day 25. I drank hot water as soon as I woke up in the morning. Today I had a leg workout in the gym. I did barbell back squats, lunges on the Smith machine, standing leg curl, leg press, RDL, and reverse hip thrust and finished the exercise.
I did 4 sets of all the exercises with 15/12/10/8 reps. I drank green tea after reaching home. After that I took a bath and then did puja. Today for breakfast I ate bhindi ki sabji with roti. For lunch I had mutton soup. Today I was out of the city due to which I could not go to the gym, so I did my workout at the place where I was staying. For dinner I ate chicken biryani with 4 boiled eggs. Thank you.
