Day 10 Experience :
Jai Shri Ram Friends, today is my 45 day fat to fit challenge day 10, it’s 4:08 in the morning. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I drank a glass of hot water and went to take a bath. You guys can see that I have a slight injury on my right hand. After bath, I did puja and recited Hanuman Chalisa 11 times.
Now I am about to go to the gym, but before going to the gym I will drink another glass of hot water. Brothers, today was my back workout, first of all I did the exercise, I combined it with bend over row and lat pull down, for which I did 4 sets with 15/12/10/8.
Second exercise is Straight Arm Rope Pull Down with same sets, same reps. The third exercise is done with single arm dumbbell row, the fourth exercise is done with dual arm cable row. Do the fifth exercise behind the neck, 4 sets. With 15-/12/10/8. As soon as I got home, I drank green tea, and after a while I ate porridge for breakfast.
For lunch, I ate cucumber and beetroot salad, 2 rotis with potato and gram vegetable. After that, before going to the gym in the evening, drank a glass of hot water and ate watermelon. Today I did cardio for 15 to 20 minutes in the gym and then did 3 exercises for AB. After going home, I made paneer rice for myself and ate salad with it. Thank you

The 10 day of Umesh Bisht’s 45 day Fat To Fit (FFT) challenge, being one of the most radical overhauls both in terms of health as well as fitness. In our way, that was not easy, that’s why we were testing our limits and being pushed to never going back to our past. Everyday the future looks brighter, we started updating our armour from being anaemic to muscular.
It has not been easy but at last the deliberating and efforts are rewarding us positively. Today as we evaluate our successes in this endeavour, let us re-affirm our determination for the continuation of this journey wards attainment of our goals.
