Day 13: Crushing Goals in Our Fat To Fit Challenge

Day 13 gives us the clue for a turning point in our journey. It is now the end of the 12th day of hard work, workout, and discipline you put in.
Nowadays, strength training is also a vital aspect of the exercise routine in order to gain muscle and metabolism. Now, look back on how far you have come. Do you have the same experience as your clothes fit well or you are energized more? Honour each modest accomplishment!
But be aware that every day you are one step closer to the goal, so don’t betray your purpose. In a joint effort, we will prevail on the day 13 and carry on in this ethics way on the journey to healthy and fit life.
Day 13 Experience :
Jai Shri Ram Friends, today is my day 13, it is 5.05 in the morning. As soon as I woke up, drank hot water and went towards the gym. Today I had an arm workout in the gym. The first exercise I did was V bar Triceps Pushdown. I did 4 sets with 15/12/10/8 reps.
Today I could not hit heavy weight because my left wrist was hurting a lot. After this, the second exercise I did was Standing Cable Curl, the third exercise I did Single Arm Triceps Extension with 15/2/10/8 reps. The fourth exercise is seated biceps curls and the fifth exercise is overhead dumbbell triceps extensions.
I finished my arm workout with seated EZ barbell curls. After going home, I drank green tea, then went to take a bath, and then did puja. For breakfast I ate brinjal bharta, roti with salad. During lunch I ate Dalia and drank juice, then in the evening before going to the gym I drank hot water.
Today in the gym, I did hanging ab workout, jumping jacks, high knees, burpess, and did 4 sets of all the exercises. Ate khichdi, raita, and salad for dinner. Brothers , I would like to say this much, eat home food and save your life. Jai Shri Ram.
Challenges and Solutions
The combat on Day 13 of your fat to fit Challenge may be daunting like cravings, loss of the motivation, or even succumbing to lack of time. Don’t hesitate, you are not by yourself! It’s very common that people have this difficulty. Unhealthy cravings of snacks can be a fight.
