Day 12 Experience :
Jai Shree ram It is 4:04 in the morning, friends. I prepared myself some hot water and drank it as soon as I woke up in the morning. Take a bath, engage in prayer, and repeat the Hanuman Chalisa eleven times after that. Have a glass of warm water and go for a quick walk with your dog Oscar before heading to the gym.
I worked out my shoulders at the gym today. Started with side lateral lifts, which I performed four sets of 15/12/10/8 reps. I performed dumbbell front raises as my second exercise and four sets of 15/12/10/8 repetitions for my third exercise. Perform four sets of each exercise—barbell front raises, the fifth being the face pull.
I complete my workout routine by shrugs and grabbed a dumbbell. Then went back home and cast my final ballot. Made myself a cup of green tea immediately and headed home. I had oats and green salad for breakfast. I had rice and dal for lunch. Later that evening, I had a hot beverage at the gym. Today, I completed three sets of four cardio exercises. We had roti, potatoes, capsicum, and a veggie chutney for dinner.
Conclusion
Thus, it has worked out for Umesh and us on the “holistic” journey of 12 days centered around the “Fat to Fit Challenge. “Now we know everything about what to eat, what physical activity to choose, and the importance of getting medical check-ups. The fact is that the art of being fit isn’t all about being attractive; it’s about being healthy, for instance, being strong and happy too.
By leading a moderate lifestyle with healthy day-to-day habits such as eating more fruits and vegetables and doing some physical activity, we can get stronger both physically and psychologically. Way to go boys and girls, keep up the good work, remember to drink water, and get adequate rest. In communion, we are able to reach out to others and achieve our goals, life can become the way you always dreamt of.
