Transforming Lives: Day 11 of the Fat to Fit Challenge !
This is the 11th day of the Fat to Fit Challenge which is one the steps that lead you to a lean body. Through this transition, a period where obesity was predominant, we are transforming to a lifestyle ward off by being in shape. Nowadays, we submerge in our exercise sessions, applying even more efforts than last time.
The Fat to Fit Challenge is not only about getting rid of the extra pounds; it is more about adopting new lifestyle habits. Every day is important. Every effort gives us an advantage. Perseverance drives us to the ultimate goal of vitality and strength. OK, back to our feet, the water bottle in hand, and start walking towards the self-revolution. Ready, set, go!
Day 11 Experience :
Jai Shri Ram Friends, it is 4.15 in the morning. As soon as I woke up, I drank hot water, then freshened up, took bath and did puja. After that I got ready to go to the gym. Today I had a leg workout in the gym, the first exercise I did was squats in the Smith machine, doing total 4 sets with 15/12/10/8 reps.
Second exercise I did leg curls, third exercise I did stiff leg deadlift with 4 sets of this and 15/12/10/8 reps. Fourth exercise do V times sumo squats, fifth exercise do leg press and do 4 sets of both these exercises, with 15/12/10/8 reps. As soon as I got home, I drank my green tea and ate porridge for breakfast.
For lunch I ate potato capsicum vegetable, beetroot cucumber salad with 3 rotis. At around 4 o’clock I drank banana shake with dates and some dry fruits. Then in the evening, before going to the gym, drink hot water, do AB workout as soon as you go to the gym, because only by doing AB workout, we can reduce our belly fat quickly.
For AB, I did 4 exercises which were done in 4 sets with the same reps. Then I went home and ate rice and curry. Thank you
Conclusion
It is so great to complete Day 11 of 45-day Fat To Fit Challenge. As it is obvious progress is taking place! You do a great job, as always! It can be as simple as taking one step at a time or even several, but what matters is that we are working towards being the better people today than we were yesterday.
However, tiny efforts are imminent and significant. For example, a walk for short time, a salad choice instead of fries and a swift workout can be used for your initiation. Consistency is important, and we are really going to effect it We have got what it takes, stay motivated, stay focused all the way, and workout for well deserving results of the Fat To Fit Challenge.
Tomorrow will step a different rung of the ladder where one can continuously become more and more successful. You’re doing great! Keep it up!
