Day 6 Experience :
Jai Shri Ram friends. Today is my sixth day; It is 4:19 in the morning. As soon as I woke up in the morning, I drank a glass of hot water, then freshened up and drank Colgate and went to take a bath. After bath, I did puja and recited Hanuman Chalisa 11 times. Now I am ready to go to the gym.
Before going to the gym, I drank a glass of warm water. Today I did biceps and triceps workout in the gym. The first exercise I did was seated biceps cable curls, which I did 4 sets of. Do the second exercise, V-bar triceps pushdown; Do 4 sets of this also. In the third exercise, I did bicep curls while lying on a flat bench;
In the fourth exercise, I did bicep curls; And in the fifth exercise, I did rope overhead triceps extensions with diamond push-ups, also doing 4 sets. As soon as I reached home, I drank green tea and then ate kheer, pumpkin curry and roti for breakfast. After this I ate only cucumber salad for lunch.
Before going to the gym in the evening, I drank a glass of warm water. After this, as soon as I reached the gym, I cycled and then did the treadmill for 20 minutes. After that, I did AB workout and finished the workout. Now let’s go straight home. As soon as I reached home, I ate cheese rice with salad for dinner.
