Day 9 experience :
Jai Shri Ram Friends, it is 4.12 in the morning, as soon as I woke up in the morning I drank a glass of hot water. After that I went to take bath, after bath I worshiped and recited Hanuman Chalisa 11 times. After that, I saw the improvement in my feet in front of the mirror, so I felt that my feet are growing properly.
Then I went towards the gym, eating roasted gram, today I had a chest workout in the gym. The first exercise I did was flat bench press and did 4 sets with 15/12/10/8 reps. Along with this, I did a combination exercise like Incline Hammer Press, same sets, same reps.
Second exercise do Pec Dec Fly with 4 sets with 15-/12/10/8 reps. Third exercise is incline bench press, fourth exercise is incline dumbbell chest press with dumbbell fly. After this go home and drink green tea. For breakfast I ate pumpkin vegetable and roti. I ate black gram and salad for lunch.
Then in the evening, before going to the gym, I drank a glass of hot water. As soon as I went to the gym, I did 20 minutes of rope exercises on the treadmill with 4 sets. Ate Nutrila fried rice for dinner. Thank you |
Conclusion
